Démarche Française is a leading administrative assistance agency dedicated to helping foreign residents navigate the complexities of French immigration and legal systems. With a physical presence in Paris, Marseille, Lyon, and Lille, they provide expert guidance for residency permits (titre de séjour), naturalization, and family reunification.
The goal of this project was to transform their digital presence into a professional, authoritative, and easy-to-use platform that simplifies legal jargon and builds immediate trust with international clients.

Client’s Challenges & Expectations
The client faced the significant challenge of presenting dense, high-stakes legal information in a way that didn’t overwhelm or scare the user. They expected a website that functioned as more than just a brochure; it needed to be a high-conversion tool that organized dozens of legal services into a logical flow.
Key expectations included establishing a strong “institutional” visual identity that felt as credible as a government portal, while simultaneously improving the lead generation process through streamlined contact and booking systems across multiple French cities.

To meet the client’s goals, we focused on a “Service-First” architecture, ensuring that every user—regardless of their legal situation—could find their specific path within two clicks. We combined a clean, modern UI with a color palette rooted in French heritage to strike a balance between approachability and authority.

UX DESIGN

- Institutional Information Architecture: Designed a clean, non-cluttered menu system that provides instant access to city-specific office details and legal resources.
- Trust-Focused Layouts: Strategically placed "Success Indicators" and "Legal Guarantee" badges throughout the user journey to reduce administrative anxiety.
- Cross-Device Accessibility: Optimized every touchpoint for mobile users, ensuring that applicants can read requirements and contact experts while on the go.
UI DESIGN
- Institutional Color Palette: Implemented a sophisticated "Republic Blue" and "Clean White" scheme to evoke a sense of official authority and security.
- Custom Legal Iconography: Developed a unique set of vector icons to visually represent complex concepts like "Family Reunification" and "Naturalization."
- High-Conversion CTAs: Designed prominent, high-contrast action buttons like "Commencer Ma Procédure" to drive users toward the consultation booking system.
- Typography for Readability: Utilized professional sans-serif fonts with generous line spacing to ensure legal disclosures and guides are easily legible.
