About the project
Institut Emploi Formation (IEF), also known as “L’école des métiers de service,” is a premier vocational training center (CFA) based in Roissy-en-France. Since 2017, IEF has specialized in professionalizing the service industry, focusing on sectors like hospitality, airport services, logistics, and commerce.
The project objective was to build a comprehensive digital portal that connects ambitious candidates with high-quality apprenticeships while providing corporate partners with a reliable source of trained, industry-ready talent.
Client’s Challenges & Expectations
The client needed to transform a standard educational site into a dynamic recruitment and training hub. Their primary challenge was effectively managing two distinct audiences: young individuals seeking career paths and large enterprises requiring specialized staffing solutions.
They expected a platform that would showcase their Qualiopi certification, highlight their impressive success rates, and simplify the application process for vocational programs such as Airport Reception and Logistics Management.
