(The story)

Turning visa questions into booked consultations.

The brief

GIEC Global is a team of MARA-registered migration agents and immigration lawyers. Visitors arrived anxious and comparing agents, but visa information was spread across long, text-heavy pages, credentials like MARA certification sat in the footer, and the enquiry form was a generic contact page. High-intent visitors left before speaking to anyone.

What we did

We rebuilt every template around one clear action: start your free assessment. The form now sits in the hero of every page, with MARA certification, team photos and the Google rating above the fold. Ten visa categories became one scannable service grid with a four-step how it works path, and location, team and visa templates share one component system, so new pages launch in hours.

The result

Every page now leads with the same free assessment form instead of a generic contact page. Student, work, tourist, parent, partner, business, PR and citizenship visas are scannable in one screen, and desktop, tablet and mobile share one component library that also carried over to billboard and print.
